High-precision blister forming: Utilizing multi-zone independent temperature control and vacuum/gas pressure dual-mode forming technology, it is compatible with various materials such as PVC, PET, PP, and aluminum foil composite films, ensuring consistent forming depth and uniform wall thickness, and adapting to various irregularly shaped products.
Intelligent sealing system: A servo-driven heat sealing mechanism combined with ±1℃ precise temperature control ensures a firm bond between the covering material and the blister substrate, providing excellent sealing performance. An optional nitrogen purging function can be added to extend the product's shelf life.
