The equipment integrates automatic plate loading, precision filling, heat sealing and cutting, intelligent labeling, and visual inspection, achieving fully automated operation from empty plates to finished product output in a clean environment. High-precision multi-channel filling: Equipped with 1-96 independently controlled precision ceramic pumps or peristaltic pumps, it supports precise dispensing of micro-liter liquids with a filling error ≤ ±1%. Each channel is independently controlled, allowing for flexible setting of filling volume and different reagents for each well to meet diverse process requirements.
Integrated intelligent sealing: Utilizing both hot-press sealing and cold-sealing modules, it ensures a tight, bubble-free, and leak-free seal; automatic film pulling and precise film cutting mechanisms work together to prevent material waste through a no-seal-no-plate detection system.
High-speed and stable operation: Single-machine capacity can reach up to 600-720 plates/hour (based on a 24-pump configuration), increasing efficiency by tens of times compared to manual operation. The entire production line is equipped with an automated material hopper and robotic gripper system, enabling continuous plate supply and seamless transfer.
Full-process quality traceability: An integrated thermal transfer labeling system supports online printing and precise application of barcodes, QR codes, and batch numbers; an optional visual inspection module monitors filling level, labeling position, and sealing integrity in real time, automatically rejecting defective products, and integrating data with the MES system.
Clean and compliant design: The entire machine is constructed of 304 stainless steel, eliminating sanitary dead corners and complying with GMP and ISO 13485 medical consumables production standards; optional laminar flow hoods and UV sterilization modules meet aseptic filling environment requirements.
