High-Pressure Ionic Air Knife Purging: Utilizes a specialized ionic air knife paired with a high-pressure airflow generation system; the air outlet velocity reaches up to 80 m/s. Combined with an electrostatic neutralization function, this system efficiently dislodges and blows away micron-sized dust and electrostatically charged particles adhering to the inner and outer walls of the tubes.
Multi-Station Rotary Cleaning: Features a multi-station design (available in rotary turntable or linear configurations) wherein pipettes automatically rotate during conveyance.
