High-speed flexible feeding system: Utilizing a centrifuge disc and vibratory alignment mechanism, it automatically completes the orientation correction and posture alignment of pipette tips/reaction cups, adapting to all specifications of consumables from 0.2ml to 2.0ml, with a changeover time of ≤10 minutes and a feeding speed of up to 600 pieces/minute.
Micron-level precision alignment: Multi-axis servo drive combined with adaptive clamps achieves precise gripping and matrix stacking of consumables, with a stacking neatness of 99%, compatible with 96-well, 48-well, and customized tray specifications.
Dual-channel high-speed cartoning: Optional dual-station parallel cartoning system. The single-machine capacity can reach up to 120 boxes/hour (based on 96 wells/box), improving efficiency by 800% compared to manual labor.
Full-process quality control: Integrating visual inspection and photoelectric counting for dual verification, it monitors the integrity, missing parts, and positional deviation of consumables in real time, automatically rejecting defective products.
