Micron-Level Precision Control: Employing visual-guided positioning and servo torque control technology, the capping torque accuracy is ±0.01 N·m, ensuring reliable sealing of each cryopreservation tube; the airtightness testing module has a sensitivity of 10⁻³ mbar·L/s, real-time rejection of leaking products, and a finished product qualification rate of ≥99.9%.
Clean and compliant design: Key workstations are equipped with Class A laminar flow protection; the entire machine is constructed of 304/316L stainless steel, eliminating any unsanitary corners and meeting the requirements of a sterile consumables production environment; optional online particle monitoring and CIP online cleaning systems are available.
