The equipment integrates a high-pressure ion air knife, multi-station rotary cleaning, and a negative pressure dust collection system, achieving comprehensive, non-contact cleaning from the surface to the inner wall of the pipette, effectively solving the impact of residual dust from injection molding and subsequent processing on product quality.
High-pressure ion air knife cleaning: Utilizing a specially designed ion air knife and a high-pressure airflow generation system, the air velocity at the outlet can reach up to 80m/s. Combined with electrostatic neutralization, it efficiently peels off and blows away micron-sized dust and electrostatic particles adhering to the inner and outer walls of the pipette.
Multi-station rotary cleaning: With a rotary or linear multi-station design, the pipette rotates automatically during transport, ensuring that the cleaning airflow evenly covers 360 degrees of the pipette and deep into the inner cavity, achieving a cleaning efficiency of ≥99.5%.
Negative Pressure Sealed Dust Collection: Equipped with a high-efficiency HEPA filter and negative pressure dust collection system, dust generated during blowing is collected immediately, preventing secondary pollution; filtration accuracy reaches 0.3μm, meeting the clean production requirements for medical consumables.
