High-frequency precision welding: Utilizing a 20-40kHz digital ultrasonic generator and intelligent frequency tracking technology, the welding energy is precisely controllable, achieving a weld strength of over 90% of the material's inherent strength. Welding position accuracy is ±0.05mm, resulting in aesthetically pleasing welds without overflow.
Adaptive pressure control: Equipped with a servo press-fitting system and pressure closed-loop feedback, it monitors welding pressure, displacement, and energy curves in real time, automatically adjusting welding parameters based on pipe wall thickness and material characteristics to ensure consistent welding for each product.
