The equipment integrates automatic feeding, intelligent counting, automatic bagging, and heat sealing output. Through a high-precision sensing system and PLC intelligent control technology, it achieves fully automated operation from bulk tubes to finished bagged products, completely solving industry pain points such as large counting errors, low bagging efficiency, and poor sealing caused by manual methods.
High-precision intelligent counting: Utilizing a dual counting system of infrared/photoelectric sensors, the counting accuracy is consistently above 99.9%, with a quantity error of ≤±1 tube per bag, effectively avoiding over- or under-packing and meeting the stringent requirements of medical packaging.
High-speed flexible packaging: Feeding speed can reach up to 600 tubes/minute. The packaging quantity per bag can be flexibly set according to customer needs (50/100/200 tubes, etc.), automatically completing the entire process of counting, bagging, and sealing, increasing production capacity by more than 5 times compared to manual methods.
Automatic feeding system: Equipped with vibration... The disc or lifting feeding mechanism automatically corrects the orientation and posture of centrifuge tubes, compatible with various tube types including round bottom, conical bottom, and screw-type tubes, with a changeover time of ≤10 minutes.
Intelligent sealing system: Employing constant-temperature heat sealing technology, the sealing temperature is adjustable (constant temperature control), ensuring a smooth, firm, and airtight seal, guaranteeing leak-free, moisture-proof, and dust-proof packaging. Optional online printing function for batch numbers and expiration dates is available.
