Replacing traditional manual pad printing or basic screen printing, it eliminates quality and productivity bottlenecks—such as positional misalignment, blurred patterns, and low efficiency—thereby helping laboratory consumable manufacturers upgrade their printing processes to achieve standardization, precision, and high efficiency.

  The equipment automatically feeds centrifuge tubes via a vibratory bowl or an inline feeder. It utilizes a precision rotary table to sequentially perform plasma surface treatment (optional), precise screen printing, UV cold-light curing, and sorting/unloading of qualified products, all without manual intervention.
