Automatic Counting and Packaging: Employing photoelectric counting and servo transfer mechanisms, Freezing tubes are automatically arranged and loaded into cryopreservation boxes according to a set quantity (e.g., standard box sizes such as 10×10/5×8), ensuring neat arrangement, consistent orientation, and no omissions or stacking. After boxing, the products are automatically fed into a heat-shrink film packaging machine for final sealing.
High Cleanliness Production Guarantee: The entire line adopts a closed protective structure, with the injection molding and assembly areas achieving a cleanliness level of 100,000, allowing operation within a cleanroom and meeting the production specifications for medical devices and biological consumables.
