　　The automatic filling and capping production line for antigen reagents is specifically designed for the automated, sterile production of core components (such as lysis solution bottles and dropper bottles) of in-vitro diagnostic kits for COVID-19 antigens, influenza viruses, respiratory syncytial viruses, and other pathogens. The entire line integrates precision filling, high-torque capping, visual inspection, and functional testing, achieving fully automated, continuous operation from empty bottles to finished products under controlled cleanroom conditions, fully complying with GMP and medical device quality management system requirements.

　　Micro-scale High-Precision Filling: Utilizes a non-contact peristaltic pump/ceramic plunger pump filling system with a filling accuracy CV value ≤1.0%, a minimum filling volume of 20μl, and supports liquids and micro-suspensions with viscosity ≤500cps.

　　Dynamic Cleanroom Environment Control: Equipped with a Class A laminar flow hood and online particle monitoring system, the filling and capping areas achieve ISO Class 5 (Class A) cleanliness, and bottle transfer is fully enclosed to prevent contamination.

　　Intelligent Torque Synchronous Capping: The servo capping unit monitors and dynamically adjusts torque in real-time (range 0.1-5 N·m), ensuring bottle cap sealing and adapting to various cap types including inner plugs, outer caps, and droppers.

　　Full-Process Quality Monitoring: Integrates weight re-inspection, bottle neck liquid stain detection, cap integrity visual screening, and airtightness testing (optional), with automatic rejection of defective products and data compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 traceability requirements.
