  1、Main uses of deep bore plates.

  Sample storage: It can replace conventional 1.5ml centrifuge tubes for sample storage and is neatly arranged for storage, saves space, has a large storage capacity and can withstand -80°C refrigerators. Because of their excellent storage properties, deep well plates are also called storage plates.

  Sample handling: Can be used in combination with platen guns, high throughput automated liquid handling instruments and software to achieve high throughput operations on biological samples such as protein precipitation, liquid extraction, accounting extraction etc., greatly improving sample handling efficiency and withstanding autoclave treatment at 121°C.

  The sample feeder can be placed directly in the sample compartment of the automated equipment, which not only increases the number of samples in the sample compartment, but also allows the sample to be fed directly into the sample compartment after processing on a 96-well plate, eliminating the need to draw samples back and forth and place them.

  Applications: genomic DNA extraction, plasmid DNA extraction and nucleic acid extraction and purification of various samples, high throughput automated liquid manipulation, enabling high throughput operations such as precipitation of proteins, liquid extraction, animal tissue, bacteria, plants, soil, clinical samples, yeast, etc. The magnetic rod set can be used with the deep well plate for nucleic acid extraction on the nucleic acid extractor machine, to protect the rod from contamination during the nucleic acid extraction experiment and to extend the life of the rod.

  2、Product classification of deep-well plate

  According to product capacity classification: 0.5ml, 1.0ml, 1.2ml, 2.0ml, 2.2ml; according to the number of holes classification: common can be divided into 96-well plate, 384-well plate. According to the classification of hole type: 96-well plate can be mainly divided into round hole type and square hole type. Among them, all 384-well plates are square-well type. Classification according to the shape of the bottom of the hole: there are mainly two kinds of U-bottom and V-bottom (conical bottom).
