Precise breakpoint shaping: Optional laser or mechanical indentation unit precisely shapes the breakpoint at a preset position on the swab rod, with uniform and controllable crease depth, facilitating post-sampling breakage.
High-speed and stable operation: Multi-station rotary table structure operates in parallel, with a single machine capacity of up to 3000 swabs/hour; modular design supports rapid changeover for different lengths and diameters.
