In a clean environment, it achieves fully automated operation from bulk tubes to finished products, comprehensively meeting the stringent requirements of the medical consumables industry for product consistency, sealing, and traceability.
Multi-process integrated design: Utilizing a modular structure, it automatically completes the entire process of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) tube loading, precise addition of anticoagulant (e.g., 3.8% sodium citrate), rubber stopper insertion, vacuum control, cap tightening, and label printing and affixing. Single-machine capacity can reach up to 1400 tubes/hour.
High-precision intelligent control: Equipped with a PLC and touchscreen operating system, parameters such as liquid addition volume, capping torque, and vacuum level are programmable, ensuring high repeatability. Key workstations utilize servo drives and vision guidance to ensure consistent assembly of each ESR tube.
Full-process quality control: Integrating a vision inspection and sensing system, it monitors rubber stopper position, tube defects, and label integrity in real time. Defective products are automatically rejected. Production data can be integrated with the MES system to meet Unique Device Identification (UDI) traceability requirements.
Clean and compliant design: The entire machine is constructed of 304 stainless steel, eliminating unsanitary corners and complying with GMP and ISO standards.
