High-speed flexible feeding system: Employing a centrifugal disc and vibratory alignment mechanism, it automatically corrects the orientation and posture of pipette tips/reaction cups, adapting to various sizes including 10μL-1250μL pipette tips and 0.2ml-2.0ml reaction cups. Changeover time is ≤10 minutes, and feeding speed can reach up to 600 pieces/minute.
Micron-level precision alignment: Multi-axis servo drive combined with adaptive fixtures achieves precise gripping and matrix stacking of consumables, with a stacking neatness of 99%. It is compatible with 96-well, 48-well, and customized tray specifications, ensuring orderly arrangement of each box of consumables.
