Products

The automatic PCB loading machine is designed specifically for the board-loading stage of automated PCB/FPC production. It integrates an automatic lifting feed platform, a dual-station or multi-axis pick-and-place robotic arm, a positioning and correction system, and a conveyor interface mechanism. By replacing manual loading with a fully automated process, it eliminates quality issues common in traditional operations—such as low efficiency, placement misalignment, surface scratches, and electrostatic damage—thereby helping electronics manufacturers upgrade the front-end stages of SMT, through-hole assembly, and testing lines to standardized, unmanned operations.

The equipment automatically receives boards for processing via a lifting magazine or AGV interface. A high-precision servo robotic arm or module performs single-sheet separation, positioning correction, and precise placement onto conveyor tracks or jigs, while simultaneously recovering interleaving paper or separator sheets—all without manual intervention. It seamlessly connects with upstream processes (such as lamination or cutting) and downstream processes (such as printing, component placement, or testing), allowing a single operator to monitor the stable operation of 2–3 loading lines simultaneously.

Featuring a high-rigidity frame and an independent servo drive system, the robotic arm achieves a repeatability of ±0.05mm. Combined with flexible suction cups or anti-static grippers, it effectively prevents scratches, crushing damage, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) failures. Equipped with anti-stick separation mechanisms and edge/surface sensors to handle various board types—including thin boards, flexible PCBs (FPC), and panelized boards—the system ensures stable 24/7 operation. It maintains a loading defect rate of less than 0.1%, eliminating issues such as multi-sheet stacking, misalignment, and board jams.

Equipped with a PLC and industrial touchscreen, the system stores loading parameters (pick-and-place paths, speeds, and correction positions) for hundreds of board specifications (dimensions, thickness, panel layouts, and suction cup configurations), enabling rapid product changeovers with a single command. Built-in features include low-stock alerts, double-sheet detection, placement confirmation, and self-diagnostics; the system automatically halts and triggers audio-visual alarms upon detecting anomalies. It also supports production counting and data storage, with MES integration capabilities for batch traceability.

The cycle time for loading a single board is just 2–5 seconds (depending on board dimensions and travel distance)—delivering 3 to 6 times the efficiency of manual loading. A single unit can handle a daily throughput of 15,000 to 30,000 boards, drastically reducing the physical strain of manual handling and repetitive bending. It also eliminates surface contamination and scratches caused by manual handling, cuts overall operating costs by more than 50%, and accelerates the return on your equipment investment.

Powered by precision pick-and-place technology and intelligent interlocking controls, this automatic PCB loader ensures every board enters the next process step with precise alignment and orientation. Say goodbye to the efficiency bottlenecks and quality inconsistencies associated with manual loading; enable your PCB production line to achieve higher speeds and superior yields, empowering you to excel in high-end manufacturing sectors such as smartphones, automotive electronics, and medical equipment.
