It integrates automatic component feeding, precision positioning and assembly, ultrasonic welding, quality inspection, and finished product sorting into a single system. By replacing traditional adhesive bonding or manual assembly/welding with a fully automated process, it eliminates quality issues such as low efficiency, weak welds, and inconsistent sealing, helping manufacturers upgrade their assembly and welding operations to achieve standardization, high efficiency, and reliability.

  The equipment utilizes multiple precision vibratory bowls or hoppers to feed components—such as valve bodies, cores, springs, sealing rings, and top covers—separately. A high-speed rotary table or linear slide mechanism then executes component positioning, assembly, ultrasonic welding, weld strength testing, and finished product unloading in sequence, requiring no manual intervention.
