The equipment integrates automatic feeding and sorting, pipette end sealing and positioning, automatic pressurization/vacuuming, precision pressure sensing detection, and automatic judgment and sorting. It can perform highly sensitive online full inspection of minute leaks in all parts of the pipette (tube body, nozzle end, and nozzle end), with a detection speed of 1500-3600 pipettes/hour, effectively replacing traditional manual water inspection or visual inspection after immersion in water.
