  The Guanshentai Torque Testing Machine is a specialized device designed for the precise torque performance testing of various rotating components, fasteners, and screw-threaded products. Utilizing high-precision torque sensors, a servo-driven loading system, and precision fixture systems, the equipment performs fully automatic or semi-automatic measurements of parameters such as breakaway torque, dynamic torque, peak torque, static friction torque, and rotation angle. It covers a torque measurement range of 0.1–100 N·m with an accuracy of ±0.5% FS, meeting quality control requirements for a wide range of products.

  High-Precision Torque Measurement: Employs high-sensitivity strain-gauge torque sensors and a 24-bit high-precision data acquisition module to capture minute torque fluctuations in real-time. It delivers accurate, reliable data and precisely measures multi-dimensional parameters including breakaway torque, peak torque, fracture torque, and rotation angle.
