Utilizing photoelectric sensing and image comparison principles, it performs fully automated in-line inspection for surface defects (scratches, edge chipping, bubbles, black spots, coating defects) and dimensional parameters (outer diameter, thickness, step height), achieving inspection speeds of 1,200–2,000 units per hour.

  Multi-source, Multi-angle Imaging: Features a combined lighting system (ring light, coaxial light, backlight, and side light) to highlight various defects—such as surface scratches, internal bubbles, edge chips, and coating color variations—through illumination from multiple angles. Paired with high-resolution industrial cameras, it can detect minute defects down to the 10μm level.
