Based on specific process requirements, the equipment can be flexibly configured with functional modules such as vibratory bowl feeders, pick-and-place robotic arms, servo press-fitting, screw tightening, laser welding, screw driving, adhesive dispensing and curing, riveting/stamping, visual inspection (based on photoelectric sensing and image comparison, not AI self-learning), and laser marking. It achieves a fully automated assembly process—from bulk component input to finished assembly output—with production speeds ranging from 300 to 1,800 units per hour, depending on process complexity.

  Modular and Flexible Design: Features an open platform and quick-change fixture architecture, allowing functional units to be added or removed based on assembly steps. It supports the simultaneous multi-station assembly of diverse components—including stamped parts, turned parts, injection-molded parts, springs, seals, screws, and nuts—enabling a single machine to meet varied assembly needs.

  Precision Press-Fitting and Positioning: Utilizes servo electric cylinders and high-precision pressure sensors for closed-loop control (based on physical signal feedback, not AI self-learning).
